Cabot Bordeaux is a new Cabot property that was originally established in 1989 as Golf du Médoc. The new ownership and opening brings two world-class golf courses into the Cabot portfolio. Designed by renowned architects Bill Coore and Rod Whitman, the resort features two courses — a parkland course (Vignes) and a heathland course (Châteaux). The layouts blend classic golf architecture with modern playability — all with stunning vineyard surroundings. Worth checking out on your next trip to French wine country.
